PRESENTATION :

Welcome to Gravity Falls, and more precisely, to the Mystery Shack ! 🤗

There are series, movies, cartoons, places, even smells… that you never forget. Gravity Falls is definitely one of those unforgettable shows you absolutely must watch ! 🤩

This little mysterious town in Oregon is the stage for strange phenomena, supernatural creatures, and all kinds of mysteries 😮

A quick reminder for those who haven’t yet discovered this masterpiece : created by Alex Hirsch, Gravity Falls is an animated series that follows the adventures of twins Dipper and Mabel Pines during their summer stay with their eccentric great-uncle Stan, at the heart of the Mystery Shack ⛺

The Mystery Shack is a bizarre tourist trap, a curiosity museum... but one that hides many secrets beneath the surface 👀

SET CONTENT :

This set features the Mystery Shack in (almost) its full glory ! 🤭

While the exterior looks very faithful to what we all know from the show, only the most iconic rooms have been included to ensure better playability 🤓

Since in the show, secret rooms and dance floors the size of the entire building appear without anyone batting an eye, I figured I could skip a few parts too, right ? 😉

To explore the area, you’ll also get the adventurers’ iconic golf cart ! Good news : considering the age of the drivers, it’s a license-free vehicle ! 🤕

If you ever get lost, the totem or the signposts will guide you. And don’t forget to check out the notice board for the latest news… Huh, this document and these photos look familiar… Hmm… 📷

INSIDE THE BUILDING :

Let’s start with the gift shop ! 🎁

Prices tend to vary depending on how you look… So I suggest wearing ripped clothes if you don’t want every item priced 10x higher 😬

The girl at the cash register is super friendly, but there’s this guy in green with barely any teeth who spends his day guarding the soda machine. I couldn’t even get one. If we weren’t in a mystery museum, I’d say that was suspicious... 🤔

Next, you’ll find the museum room. Honestly, I have a hard time believing all these creatures are real... 🥴

Then comes the living room, perfect for cozy evenings watching cartoons with ducks... Well, I’m getting off-topic 🦆

Upstairs, you’ll find the twins’ bedroom, full of random stuff. Rumor has it Dipper has been acting like a detective ever since he found a mysterious book near the big tree... 📋

This isn’t the first time Gravity Falls has appeared on LEGO Ideas. And given how many projects reach 10,000 votes, it clearly shows that fans are eager for a set based on this amazing series ! 😍

With this project, I’ve tried to design a set that’s both fun to display and to play with, not too big, not too small, just right ! 😎

This series is magical, and it truly deserves a spot in our favorite brick universe ! 🥺
