History of the model

Today we travel to Spain, specifically to the most rural areas of the Valencian community, to tell a short fictional story about spies and paellas.

Paella is a traditional dish from the East of Spain and famous in many parts of the world. Declared as a Cultural Asset in Spain, it is known that the first documented reference to Valencian rice appears in a recipe manuscript from the beginning of the 18th century. The model

This 17th century manor house has been modified to be a restaurant, although it maintains practically all the elements of the period. In some of the arcades we can see over the keystone of the arch, images of recipes printed on old banners.

The building is modular and is divided into three stories where the old carriage entrance on the ground floor has given way to a rural shop and a restaurant.

We go to the first floor and see a large room on two levels where there is space for a bedroom, a warm area for reading or resting and another higher area for access to the balconies. Also, and to give playability in this floor, is hidden a secret envelope with the “ingredients of paella” (pic.12).

Already on the roof and accessed by a folding wooden ladder, we reach the radio room, with a small attic.

The awning can be modified for a shorter one using simple clips and changing the length of the support bars (last image).
