The Idea

This is my build based on “Wallace & Gromit: A Grand Day Out”, the first short of this iconic duo. Includes three characters: Wallace, Gromit and Cooker the robot. The set has three builds: The orange rocket ship (with the flight deck included), the picnic with lots of accessories and a cheese mountain. This build contains 1040 pieces, full of details from the original short and some references to their other films. Can you find them all?

The Rocket Ship

This spaceship has a base of twelve faces, like in the film. Inside there's a cabin for Wallace and Gromit, with details and references of their next adventures. Outside it has two printed windows; the right window can be changed for an alternative print with Gromit at the flight deck. Around the rocket ship are other prints like the license plate and a few construction details.
