The House of Chocolate

Welcome to The House of Chocolate!

Bean-to-bar, small batch, craft, artisan, micro-batch chocolate; whatever you call it, each one boils down to the same idea of a new way of making chocolate. In this house we make chocolate with love, and we invite you to taste it in our cozy room. You can also buy our handmade bars and souvenirs in the Chocomel shop.

In the upper floor we produce from bean to bar our delicious chocolate:

The cocoa beans are roasted and then winnowed.

The roasted beans are crushed to form a liquor and this liquor is mixed with other ingredients such as sugar and milk.

The chocolate is carefully cooled and heated before being poured into a mold.

The set would have approx. 2700 pieces and include 7 minifigures. It is also a tribute to the old LEGO 1620 Factory set from 1978. Lights were added just for decoration.
